With COUSCOUS & FRIENDS
In this hands-on class, you will learn how to prepare a three-course menu (Moroccan, Moorish, Amazigh, Catalan, Portuguese, Italian to name a few) using fresh ingredients, both traditional and contemporary Mediterranean recipes boasting bold flavor profiles.
As an example, we will be teaching you how to build a bright beets and carrot salad brought to life with fresh mint and lemon. Then, you will learn how to prepare Morocco’s most traditional dish, a wonderfully fragrant chicken tagine complete with a heavenly-spiced sauce, jammy onions and crunchy almonds.
Lastly, you’ll end on a sweet note with traditional mint tea and
Moroccan sweets
